Reimagined the legacy “move home” process into a five-minute utility connection that set a new benchmark. As CX and service designer for the end-to-end “Look & Choose” journey, conceptualised, tested, and co-designed the experience with customers, partnering with BCG to shape concepts that informed the broader digital strategy.
